The twenty-five hectares of vines are equipped with underground drainage, modern systems of cultivation and with a highly innovative viticultural system which allows the pruning, the harvesting and various stages of viticultural work to be carried out mechanically. Everything is performed whilst respecting nature and using non-invasive treatment techniques.
The process of winemaking equally makes use of modern technology.
A team of specialists constantly monitor the product's chemical, microbiological and sensorial properties.
