class=\"Corpo\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Being organic wine producers means making sustainability a common thread of company life. Where does this path start for us? From the vineyard. It is precisely among our rows that some small and important agronomic practices are realized. Those are fundamental to reduce more and more the environmental impact of our agricultural activity and to enhance the philosophy that distinguishes us.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Corpo\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Any example? We carry on an alternative management of the sub-row in the vineyard, with a mechanical harrowing performed by shearing machines that can also be adjusted to cut grass. In this way we obtain a complete vineyard grassing, not just in the sub-row portion. Another practice we use in 47 Anno Domini that favors sustainability is early defoliation: it generates a positive impact on the grape quality and makes it more exposed to sun rays. Nitrogenous fertilization is also a sustainable vine nutrition system which, according to the principle of removal and refund, allows the plant to vegetatively grow. This is a different practice compared to that one adopted in conventional. In the field we use organic products only from organic farms that improve soil fertility.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Corpo\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Pruning is also very important in organic: we do it carefully to avoid overloading of buds and thus generate a more balanced vegetation, easier to manage.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Corpo\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We also pay close attention to the good\/bad insects management, using natural attractants to generate sexual confusion in those insects species potentially harmful against vineyards.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Corpo\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In organic, given the absence of chemical substances and means, these and other small actions become fundamental.
