PURSUANT TO AND FOR THE EFFECTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 13 REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
This information describes the methods of data processing of users who consult this website in compliance with the applicable legislation.
1. Subjects of the data

2. Definitions
“Data” means the Particular Data, Personal Data and Judicial Data subject to Treatment.
“Judicial Data” means “data which discloses information regarding judicial records, the registry of administrative sanctions depending on a crime and the related pending charges, or the status of the defendant or the suspect pursuant to articles 60 and 61 of the Code of Criminal Procedure” .
“Particular Data” means “personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify an individual, data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person “(see Article 9, paragraph 1 of the GDPR).
“Personal Data” means any information concerning a data subject, “with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of their physical, physiological, genetic identity , psychic, economic, cultural or social “(see Article 4, paragraph 1, No. 1 GDPR).
“GDPR” indicates the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
“Information” indicates this information pursuant to art. 13 GDPR.
“Interested” means the “identified or identifiable natural person” whose Data is subject to Treatment (see Article 4, paragraph 1, No. 1 GDPR).
“Site” means this website.
“Treatment” means “any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or set of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, the limitation, cancellation or destruction “(see Article 4, paragraph 1, No. 2 GDPR).
“User” means the person who visits and uses the Site, coincides with the Data Subject and / or with the subject authorized by him and whose Data is subject to Treatment.

The Site collects and treats the following types of Data:

4. Purpose of the treatment
The data provided will be treated in accordance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 GDPR for the following purposes:
a) technical management of navigation and use of the Site;
b) collection and processing of information, in aggregate and anonymous form, regarding the number of users and means of visiting the Site;
c) exclusively with your prior consent, execution of the services offered by the Site, such as the sale and delivery of wine products or the organization of events, pursuant to the specific purposes for which the Data was provided by you, as well as your contact in relation to what was requested;
d) exclusively with your prior consent, management of your registration and authentication on the Site and management of contractual relations with you, as well as the fulfillment of the related legal obligations;
e) subject to your consent, payment of the 47 Anno Domini Club card and the services resulting from your subscription;
f) in case of your request for informative material (eg newsletter) and therefore only with your prior consent, execution of the requested service
g) exclusively with your consent, creation of one or more profiles and sending advertising messages in line with your preferences shown while surfing the net;
h) protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Data Controller (eg any disputes and controversies).

6. Data processing and storage procedures
The processing will be carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality.
Your Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary and sufficient for the pursuit of each single purpose pursuant to art. 4 of this Notice and in any case for a period not exceeding 10 years.
7. Payments
In the event that the User proceeds with the purchase of products and / or services on this Site, the Data relating to the chosen payment method will be communicated by you directly, through a specific web page, to the payment service provider who will act as an independent data controller: the Data Controller will not view the aforementioned Data, will not process it or store it. Failure to provide such data to the payment service provider will prevent the conclusion of the aforementioned purchase.
8. Data communication
The Data collected is not subject to disclosure or communication to third parties, except in the cases and in the manner prescribed by the Information and by law.
The Treatment will be implemented by the Data Controller. The Data provided may be communicated to the Data Processors and / or Authorized Persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and / or Data Processor, who will process them for the purposes set forth in Article 4 of this Notice.
In particular, Personal Data may be communicated to subjects belonging to the following categories:

– any consultants in accounting and tax matters;
– external parties that manage / support / assist, even occasionally, the Data Controller in the administration of the information system and telecommunications networks (including e-mail), or that deal with the management of the Site, as well as technological and instrumental partners of Data Controller used to provide the services requested by the Users;
– external subjects that manage / support / assist the Data Controller, who may also perform specialized technical or transport activities;
– external subjects such as telemarketing agencies, where authorized pursuant to art. 4 lett. f) and g);
– Inland Revenue, social security institutions and financial administration, for the purpose of fulfilling all social security, welfare, insurance and tax obligations;
– Competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for the protection of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
9. Transfer of data abroad
The processing of data takes place at the headquarters of the Data Controller and in any other place, within the European Union, in which the authorized Data Processors are located.
If, for the purposes referred to in art. 4 of this Notice, if it is necessary to make use of third parties established outside the European Union, these subjects will be appointed as Data Processors and your Data will be transferred to them within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, in compliance with the Title V of the GDPR, and on condition that they guarantee a level of protection of the Data corresponding to that established by European legislation.
Exact information about the transfer of your data and the place where it is stored may be obtained by you in the manner indicated in the paragraph of this Information Notice concerning the “rights of the interested party”.
10. Acceptance / Refusal of the treatment
The provision of your consent for the purposes referred to in art. 4 lett. from c) to g) of this Notice is optional and the use of the Data is subject to your consent.
In any case, however, failure to provide consent for these purposes will prevent the Data Controller from pursuing them and, where connected to a service requested by you, from providing the service.
11. Minors
Data of Interested Persons under the age of 16 will not be processed, unless prior authorization has been given by the holder of parental responsibility.
12. Rights of the interested party
You will be able to enforce your rights, as expressed in the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 34 GDPR, by contacting the Data Controller and / or the Data Processor pursuant to art. 38 paragraph 4 GDPR, to the references indicated in art. 1 of this Notice.
You have the right at any time to formulate, to the subject in charge of processing, request for access to your data, rectification, cancellation of the same and limitation to the processing, as well as to know the details of each person authorized to treat your data .
You have the right to revoke the consent given in accordance with art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a) GDPR, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to the revocation.
You also have the right to forward at any time a request for data portability, in which case the Data Controller will provide you with a structured data of common and legible use, the data concerning you, except as provided in paragraphs 3 and 4 art. 20 GDPR.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the Treatment of Data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) GDPR, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.
