- Savory panna cotta with pumpkin, sausage and porcini mushrooms
- Pizza alla pala with broccoli, anchovies and burrata
- Meatballs with thyme and lemon
- Crostini with soppressa, nduja and stracchino
- Small glass with potato cream, chicken croquettes and lime
- Beef tartare with passion fruit and pink pepper
- Focaccia with taleggio cheese and caramelized onion
