The course will be held by Igor Mazzarotto, our professional Sommelier, on 4 Thursday evenings between June and July, in the fascinating location of 47 Anno Domini, where wine meets design.

The speeches of the sommeliers Daniela Pace and Marco Crocco will add curious stories to our lessons.

FIRST LESSON

(Thursday 2 February from 20:30 to 22:00)

Let yourself be enchanted by a short story about the history of tasting and the principles of organic viticulture. You will analyze the basic tools of the sommelier and then learn more about the first fundamental phase of the tasting: the view.
In addition to colour, also the clarity, the body and above all the perlage: you will learn how the visual aspect of the wine is the first component in judging its quality.

Taste the fragrant notes and identify those of our territory with the help of Le Nez Du Vin, a box of aromas to raise to your nose, essential for exploring your great olfactory capabilities. You will learn to express the olfactory sensations transmitted by the wine, another important step in assessing a wine with awareness.

Discover the secrets of fully enjoying the tasting experience, examine the anatomy of the tongue to learn more about the third fundamental sense: taste. The last step in learning how to evaluate the composition of a wine, and judge it as a true professional!

An adventure for your senses! Taste the true essence of our labels: the wine will be served in black glasses and without the influence of sight you will be better able to employ taste and smell to put your knowledge into practice. Can you pass the "Blind Tasting" that we have prepared? Followed by a final toast and presentation of certificates.
