FIRST "APERITIF" LESSON - Presented by Fabio Guerra

(Thursday 8 June from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm)

Fabio Guerra is a journalist, sommelier and Slow Food teacher. Gastronaut par excellence, he manages the "Mondo Vacca" and "Mondo Pig" stores in Oderzo and will accompany you to discover the world of aperitifs, made with local cured meats and fine cheeses (including herbal cheese and ubriachi).

Giorgio Scaraman is the official chef of the 47 Anno Domini events. He worked for 20 years as a catering chef in Venice, collaborating with the best starred chefs. He will guide you through the many variations of first courses offered by the Italian panorama, explaining the best food-wine pairing techniques.

Igor Luciano Mazzarotto is the sommelier of the 47 Anno Domini. No one like him will be able to put you in touch with the soul of the wines you will taste, to discover aromas and scents capable of harmonizing with the flavors of meat, in a mix where wine enhances food and food enhances wine.

Alessandro Gallici is an internationally renowned winemaker. Over the years he has gained great experience in the search for the most exclusive wines on the national territory: in 2011 he founded Vinnovative, a commercial, production and oenological consultancy agency and, since 2023, he has been signing major projects for the UK market.
