This experience is entirely dedicated to Raboso, the iconic grape variety of the Piave area and one of the most authentic expressions of our territory. Through five different interpretations, you will discover how the same grape can evolve in character, structure and elegance depending on the winemaking process and ageing.
You will begin with the lively freshness of Raboso Frizzante IGT Veneto, before exploring the youthful and approachable style of Raboso IGT Veneto. The journey continues with Raboso del Piave DOC, the grape's most traditional expression, leading to the elegance and complexity of Malanotte del Piave DOCG, its highest expression. The tasting concludes with Passito di Raboso, offering a surprising interpretation of the variety through the richness and natural sweetness of dried grapes.
Each wine will be paired with a selection of locally sourced products, carefully chosen to enhance its distinctive characteristics. Glass after glass, you will discover how time, winemaking techniques and thoughtful food pairings shape the evolution of Raboso, revealing the history and identity of one of the Piave area's most remarkable grape varieties.
