The well-ripened and healthy grapes, manually harvested between late October and early November, are vinified in red with a maceration period of 15-20 days, following délestage techniques determined by the winemaker in stainless steel fermenters. About 15% of the grapes undergo a drying process for approximately 90-100 days. The following summer, the wine is aged in wood for 24 months. It is then bottled and further refined in the bottle for 4 months before being released to the market as our Malanotte.
The product is sold in a single-bottle box.
