April 15, 2023, 47 Anno Domini.

A unique lunch full of the elements that characterize wine diluted in water to learn what is meant when we talk about wine acidity, tannins, and so on. In a completely new format, we introduced you to the acid, savory, and tannic flavors, letting you experience the sensations of glycerin, sugar, and alcohol, with the goal of having you find them in wine and food.

You will have tasted wines and sampled a selection of dishes with our sommelier to learn how to rediscover the newly discovered sensations in wine.

Each course, expertly created by our chef Giorgio, was paired with the best 47 Anno Domini wines, presented by sommelier Igor, who is capable of giving ever new experiences to the palate. Prosecco D.O.C. Rosé Spumante Extra Brut Bio Vegan, Chardonnay D.O.C. Venezia Bio Vegan, Teroldego Rotaliano D.O.C., Garbin Vino Rosso, Moscato I.G.T. Veneto Frizzante.
