What’s the best way to celebrate the beginning of the Blooming season? Food, wine and friends!
On Saturday the 30th of April, 47 Anno Domini hosted the first edition of the “Spring Festival – Lunch and Tasting”, a unique event where participants, through a gastronomic selection, had the chance to discover our wines and their strong bond with seasonal flowers.
Every course, matched with our wines and guided by our sommelier had the purpose to evoke the scent and taste of some typical flower that blossom in our territory: acacia flower where associated with our Prosecco DOC Spumante Extra Brut Bio Vegan and a charcuterie, Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie Ramato Bio Vegan paired up with orchids and a selection of starters. Lavender and geraneum matched with our Pinot Nero IGT Veneto and Batista Cabernet-Merlot IGT Veneto for the main course. Eventually Moscato IGT Veneto Frizzante reminded us of yellow roses for a sweet moment.
It was an unforgettable lunch and a great opportunity to discover different tastes in a new way.
